1. Course Cancellation by the User

As our courses are digital products and available for immediate access upon purchase, we consider a "cancellation" to be a request for a refund. The terms, conditions, and process for requesting a refund are detailed below.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a conditional refund to ensure our customers are satisfied with their learning experience.

a) Eligibility for a Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • You have not downloaded any significant course materials or certificates of completion.

  5. Name of the Course you wish to get a refund for.

c) Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI).

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in credit from your bank's end once we have processed the refund.

3. Circumstances Where a Refund Will Not Be Issued

A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated our website's Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is detrimental to the learning experience of others.

  • The same course was purchased by the user previously and a refund was already claimed.

4. Cancellation by Onsite Academy Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel a user's access to a course at any time in case of any violation of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to copyright infringement or harassment of instructors or other users. In such cases of cancellation due to a policy violation, no refund will be provided.
